1. Services Provided
Madrid Porters and Drivers specializes in reliable and professional logistics support in and around Madrid. Our core services include:
- Driving: Safe and efficient transportation of goods or personnel.
- Transhipments: Seamless transfer of cargo between vehicles or locations.
- Packing: Secure on-site packing of items for transport.
- Export Packing: Specialised preparation for international shipments.
- Loading and Unloading: Expert handling to prevent damage.
All services are performed by experienced professionals using well-maintained equipment.
2. Pricing Structure
Our rates are transparent and competitive. All prices are in Euros (€) and exclude VAT (IVA) where applicable.

3. Booking and Scheduling
- Minimum Booking: 4 hours (half-day rate). Afternoon jobs require a full-day booking.
- Working Day: Starts at 7:00 AM.
- Confirmation: 50% deposit required to secure booking.
- Full Payment: Due 24 hours before service.
4. Travel and Additional Fees
- Base rate includes up to 30 minutes travel each way from 28342 Valdemoro.
- Travel over 30 minutes: +€35 per hour (time & fuel).
5. Payment Terms
- 50% deposit locks in your booking.
- Balance due 24 hours before service.
6. Cancellation Policy
- 48+ hours notice: Full deposit refund.
- Less than 48 hours: Deposit forfeited.
7. Liability and Insurance
- High-value items should be insured by the client.
- Pre-existing damage must be noted before service starts.
8. General Terms
- All services comply with Spanish health & safety regulations.
- Disputes resolved under Spanish law in Madrid courts.
